My client has an opportunity to join a thriving team in their London HQ where you will be responsible for recruiting permanent and long term contract staff into schools in the UK.  With 10 UK offices and 4 overseas my client has a strong and trusted reputation within the education recruitment market.  They are not a daily supply agency so you will not be working on volume placements first thing every morning.

You will be consulting with clients and candidates alike to skillfully match the right people to the right jobs.  This is a full 360 role and you will have the freedom to run your desk as you wish as long as you deliver results.  There is no minimum number of calls, clients visits or registrations per week.  

You will be judged on your billings so you must be a confident consultant who can build relationships with heads and deputy heads and also generate a strong talent pool of candidates to place.
