Huge mental health crisis among students say teachers
After recent research by the NEU teaching union shocking results have emerged that 83% of teaching staff reveal that they have seen a dramatic rise in student mental health problems. It emerged that out of almost 10,000 members surveyed that 4 in 5 teachers reported that they had seen a rise in student mental health issues over the last 2 years with one even stating that 9 year olds are talking about suicide.
